Burlap Fabric 56-inch wide

• Fine grade extra wide burlap used for decorating, acoustics, wall panels, etc.
• 10 oz. weight (per square yard), 15x15 construction (15 threads per inch in both directions).
• Ideal for use in acoustic projects such as speakers, bass traps, and sound absorbing panels.
• Also great for home decorating and other projects, the smooth but textured look of the burlap gives it a designer touch.
• Available in NFPA 701 fire rated or regular untreated versions.
• Sold by the yard. One yard is 56" wide by 36" long.

All our burlap ships unfolded on a roll. This helps a lot when the goal is a wrinkle-free finished result. (We’ve tried ironing burlap - trust us, buy it on a roll and save a lot of trouble.)

For acoustics projects, the weave on this fabric is open enough to let the high frequencies pass through, but not so open that you can see through it. This is the same fabric used on our ATS Acoustics panels, so if you’re looking to match our panels this will be an exact match.

We also offer this fabric in a fire rated version. The fire treatment is non-toxic and has only a slight affect on the color and feel of the fabric. ATS Fire Rated Burlap passes NFPA 701. This rating is provided by independent lab testing, and a test report is available if needed. The untreated fabric is flammable and carries no fire rating.

Fire Rating Check the box below if you want NFPA 701 fire rated fabric. This is the same fabric, treated with a non-toxic fire retardant to pass that rating. This adds $4.25 per yard to the price, and currently adds about 1 week additional processing time. Unrated fabric is not affected by this processing time, and normally ships the same day.
