ATS provided last minute customer service when a competitor failed to create a mockup of my custom panels due to their outsourcing *all* of their graphic design to a vendor who had no sense or care of my contractual agreement. | Phenomenal customer service! Great looking and well built panels, but one of the panels I ordered had a hole in the fabric from a rogue staple from another panel. I reached out to ATS and asked if I could just get a replacement piece of fabric so I could re-wrap the panel myself. Danielle said she could to that, or she could just ship me a whole new panel! | I recently ordered a set of 703 panels and a couple of sets of 12x12 foam for my newly built studio. I fabricated my own bass traps and was floored at how drastic the sound difference was. This was my first try a building a recording studio and while the construction was solid, I basically built an echo chamber. If anyone is on the fence of whether to buy or not, I can assure you this is the place to put your money. I tested the room with a zoom H4N with hand claps, drum set and guitars through a tube amp, and it hurt my ears to be in the room. After ATS panels were in the room it virtually has no reverberation or echo. Thank you ATS for helping me get my sound right, at a reasonable price. The shipping was spot on and panels were all in perfect shape. I will be back soon to treat my vocal booth. | I’m a contractor and just finished using the Quiet Glue Pro on a customer project. The house has a dehumidifier attached to the floor joists under the living room and vibration / sound was very distracting when running. I installed 1/4’’ underlayment over the existing plywood, applying the product between the two...and MAGIC! I was shocked at the results, and the customer is VERY happy! Thanks! | I was having a terrible time with the boominess in my ’’man cave’’, after adding a pair of really fine sub woofers to my audio system. I just could not properly ’’tune’’ the low frequencies until I discovered your site, purchased a pair of corner bass traps, a number of wall-mounted and one ceiling-mounted bass trap, and now I’m enjoying this wonderful audio system and all it’s fine capabilities. I own a webdesign firm. http://freshysites.com/ And how I was treated by you guys is exactly how we treat our clients. By making it right and taking care of them. I had ordered a second acoustic panel for my office down here that has the coffee bags over it. I asked support for a random design that wasn’t the same one I got. They said sure no problem, made a note on the order, and off it was shipped. Unfortunately the same one came in. I contacted support (all through Amazon by the way) and Adrienne reached out and took ownership of the issue and made it right. Right now you’re shipping me a new panel, letting me keep the old out of courtesy, and I couldn’t be more happy. | Just wanted to say what a huge improvement in sound quality to my living room after installing the DIY panels from your company. The difference in sound is night and day. Until now, I had no idea of the magnitude of the effects of room acoustics on the sound of my stereo system.I recently auditioned new speakers in my home and ordered the same based on hearing details on familiar sources that I had never heard before, which I attributed to the higher quality speakers.After ordering the speakers, I purchased and installed your DIY panels, and much to my surprise, the ’wow’ factor is higher than I ever could have imagined.The hidden nuances that I couldn’t hear before on my present speakers (which were revealed on the upgraded speaker audition) are now there, along with huge increases in soundstage, clarity and depth.Who knew that such a quantum leap in sound quality could be had for a fraction of the price that music lovers are willing to spend to upgrade their musical experience.For anyone who is sitting on the fence as to whether or not acoustical treatment will yield sonic benefits,do this before anything else.It is that big. - Craig from Dana Point, California | |

| I received my order of 4 (24x48x2) panels today. I didn’t expect them so soon, but it worked out perfect as I was off today. So, I got a nice surprise.
The panels have made a noticeable and very positive difference in my dedicated music room. I’m very happy with the results.
The panels tame those shrill-sounding upper-frequency transients in an acoustic grand piano (while seemingly making the lower frequency notes of an acoustic bass sound more clearly defined. My fear with trying these panels was that in taming some upper-register sibilance, that I would lose some lower-register musicality, as a trade-off. Not so. I’m pleased with the way the panels are making known, troublesome-sounding recordings (harsh up top, muddy on bottom), sound better overall.
The panels arrived in perfect order. I just finished leaving you guys an "excellent" rating over on amazon.
The "microsuede" finish that ATS is putting on the panels is also appreciated. Very attractive look.
I don’t even have these hung on the walls yet. I’m still experimenting with different placements. But these panels are definitely keepers. The room sounds as if I’ve upgraded a component somewhere in the chain.
Anyway, Heather thank you very much for the "expedited" shipping. You guys have a great product. I appreciate and am enjoying the difference that these panels are making.
